Description
We are seeking a nursing assistant to work in a senior residence, providing basic care and attention to residents and collaborating with the healthcare team. In this case, work will be carried out on weekends.
\- Perform personal hygiene and grooming for residents. \- Assist with mobility and postural changes. \- Help residents with basic activities of daily living. \- Attend to residents’ basic needs following instructions from the healthcare team. \- Provide close, respectful, and resident-centered care focused on each individual’s well-being. \- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team in daily care and assistance tasks. \- Ensure residents’ hygiene, comfort, and safety. \- Maintain an empathetic and respectful attitude toward those under care.
* Minimum 6 months of experience. Prior experience in caring for elderly individuals—especially in residences or assisted-living facilities—is highly valued. Experience in personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, postural changes, and support with basic activities of daily living is also valued.
* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent qualification.
