Our client operates in the construction sector, undertaking both new construction and renovation, rehabilitation, or modernization of existing buildings—particularly within the industrial sector. **Responsibilities** * Site layout * Blueprint interpretation * Execution of various construction units * Coordination of different trades and industrial personnel involved on-site (e.g., masons, plumbers, electricians, etc.) * Monitoring delivery notes for staff, industrial personnel, and suppliers * Attending site visits alongside the site manager * Daily reporting to the site manager Requirements * 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) Preventive Resource Certification * Class B1 driver’s license and personal vehicle * Desirable: Working at heights, aerial work platforms, forklifts, confined spaces, ATEX zone operations * Proven experience as a First-Class Technician / Foreman Benefits * Job stability and career progression within the company * Opportunity to join an established company in Granollers * Positive work environment * Ongoing projects in the local area * Competitive salary conditions Are you interested in this opportunity?
