We are currently seeking a **BUSINESS DEVELOPER – IBERIA**, to work at Kave Home’s headquarters in Sils. The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding the Kave Home brand among professional clients such as architects, interior designers, home stagers, etc. **Key responsibilities include:** * Developing and managing professional clients linked to the interior design/decoration sector. * Generating new business opportunities through prospecting, phone calls, and proactive outreach. * Conducting market analysis. * Managing and tracking activities via CRM. * Supervising and following up on projects. * Providing technical and commercial advice and support to clients. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * Native-level Spanish to communicate fluently with the local market. * Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are highly valued. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial management and client development. * Experience managing IT systems, ERP, and CRM. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Strong organizational skills, foresight, autonomy, proactivity, and commitment. **What do we offer?** * Join a company transforming the world of furniture and decoration! * Be part of an ambitious project offering significant professional development and growth opportunities. * Enjoy a unique workplace: brand-new, open-plan, and sustainable offices. * Fresh fruit available every morning.
