We are currently seeking an **Administrative Assistant – Legal Department** to join our team based in our **Barcelona** office. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Asset management of public administration assets. * Asset regularization of administrative files. * Legal assistance in compulsory expropriation proceedings. * Advisory services in urban planning management. * Drafting of official documents and submissions. * Analysis and proposal of responses to documentation requests. * Review and response to objections or statements of defense. * Drafting of administrative appeals. * Monitoring of administrative files before public authorities. * Liaison with public administrations and private clients. * Preparation of legal reports. * Document management and processing. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Public Administration (GAP), or Dual Degree in Law and Public Administration (GAP). * Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in procedural management or administrative management with public entities. * Knowledge of administrative/public law and real estate law. * Valid driver’s license. **Discover our benefits!** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Professional development and career path planning. * Flexible working hours. * Intensive work schedule every Friday throughout the year, plus three intensive workdays during July and August. ##### **We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to this outstanding team!** Department Engineering – Legalizations and Permits Position Legal Technician Locations Barcelona **About Iplan Group** ------------------------- We have over 700 professionals distributed across Spain, combining talent, experience, and commitment.
