We are looking for a Subsidy Technician with accounting and finance knowledge who wishes to contribute to the economic management of socially impactful projects. Manage the administrative and economic procedures related to the application for and justification of regional, national, and European subsidies. Maintain contact with various funding bodies to carry out corresponding economic and administrative management tasks. Prepare detailed project budgets in coordination with technical managers. Monitor project budgetary expenditures. Prepare economic justifications in accordance with applicable regulations, including those of the European Social Fund. Respond to economic requests and audits as they arise. Monitor salary cost allocations for both permanent staff and insertion personnel across different subsidized projects. Participate in preparing separate accounting records for projects requiring them. Provide occasional support in drafting project application or justification reports.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience: At least 2 years’ experience in the economic management of social projects funded by public or private sources, or in accounting or management control.
* Higher Vocational Training (FP) Qualification

* Competencies / Knowledge: Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and Management, Management, Economics, or similar fields. Languages: English – B2 level
