**THE COMPANY** Our client is an international telecommunications company and a key player in global connectivity. It leads the development of innovative infrastructure across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. At present, they are seeking to incorporate a professional into their logistics team, with experience in goods handling, inventory management, documentation, and operational coordination. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily logistics operations, ensuring proper flow of goods, stock control, product traceability, and compliance with internal quality and safety procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Goods receipt and dispatch management * Receiving, verifying, and recording goods. * Preparing and shipping orders to internal or external customers. * Coordinating with transportation companies and tracking deliveries. Inventory control * Conducting physical inventories and reconciliations. * Updating stock levels in ERP/WMS systems. * Identifying and reporting losses, damages, or shortages. Logistics planning * Coordinating routes, loads, and logistical resources. * Liaising with logistics providers, transport operators, and couriers. * Optimizing distribution time and costs. Documentation and traceability * Issuing delivery notes, labels, packing lists, and other logistics documentation. * Document control for goods receipt and dispatch. * Tracking product or material traceability in accordance with regulatory requirements. Interdepartmental collaboration * Supporting procurement, warehouse, customer service, and sales departments. * Reporting incidents, damages, or delays to relevant departments. Regulatory compliance and safety * Applying safety, occupational health and safety (PRL), and goods handling regulations. * Complying with internal procedures and quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field. * Prior experience in logistics or distribution environments. * International logistics experience is desirable. * Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems. * English is mandatory. * French is desirable. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
