As specialists in integrating advanced solutions—from architecture to generative AI applications—we are seeking a **Delivery Manager** to join our team. **Role Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end delivery of a portfolio of Data and AI projects and services, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. * Lead multidisciplinary teams by defining tasks and coordinating people according to priority and capacity. * Act as the primary client contact: manage expectations, address needs, and strengthen the client relationship. * Govern the health of each engagement: monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and deviations, with clear action plans. * Participate in pre-sales processes and identify growth opportunities within assigned clients to collaborate on them with the commercial team. * Ensure traceability and methodological consistency of delivery, aligned with Veltech’s internal standards. * Oversee project profitability: track hours, forecast capacity, and detect financial deviations early. **Requirements:** --------------- * Proven experience leading the delivery of Data and AI projects and services in complex environments. * A track record of real accountability for teams, clients, and financial outcomes. * Leadership capability: people management, prioritization, and decision-making under pressure. * Proficiency in project and service management methodologies (agile and traditional) and delivery governance. * Solid technical understanding of the data and AI lifecycle to enable value-driven dialogue with technical profiles and clients. * Familiarity with the consulting world and its processes. * **Spanish and English.**
