




Job Summary: A professional in guidance and labor insertion to carry out socio-labor support tasks for vulnerable groups within the Treball i Formació program. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into an interdisciplinary team with a socio-educational perspective We are seeking a professional in guidance and labor insertion to deliver socio-labor support within the Treball i Formació program of the Public Employment Service of Catalonia. The selected candidate will work with vulnerable groups, combining individual follow-up, guidance, and coordination with local stakeholders. Main Responsibilities: • Conduct intake, employability diagnosis, and develop the Personalized Insertion Itinerary. • Accompany participants throughout their subsidized employment period. • Deliver individual tutoring for follow-up and support during workplace adaptation. • Prepare the transition toward non-subsidized labor insertion. • Develop transversal competencies and workplace habits. • Identify training needs and implement assigned training activities (e.g., preparing training materials, facilitating group participation dynamics, assessing trainees, monitoring attendance, etc.). • Coordinate with the entity’s technical team and coordinator, as well as external services (social services, partner organizations, local agents, etc.). • Record interventions, monitor indicators, and prepare technical reports. * Experience: 1 year. • Experience in guidance and labor insertion with vulnerable groups. • Knowledge of subsidized employment programs, preferably those managed by SOC (e.g., GIA, Galileu, CTR). • Ability to work collaboratively, autonomy, organizational, planning, and communication skills. • Basic digital competencies for management and recordkeeping. * Bachelor's degree – Social and Cultural Anthropology * Bachelor's degree – Social Education * Bachelor's degree – Labor Sciences * Catalan (spoken – Advanced, written – Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Preferred qualifications include: • Immediate availability for incorporation. • Experience in socio-labor support lines under SOC’s Treball i Formació program or similar. • Training in gender perspective and intervention with cultural diversity. • Familiarity with the local territory and social resources. • Specialization (Master’s or Postgraduate degree) in labor insertion, CP for Teaching Qualification in Vocational Training Levels A, B, and C (Teaching in Vocational Training for Employment), or equivalent. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: We offer: • Integration into an interdisciplinary team with a socio-educational perspective. • Participation in socially impactful projects. • Salary according to the Catalonia Social Action Collective Agreement (Cat.G2 – Graduates). • Weekly working hours: 38 hours. • Working schedule: Monday, 9:00–17:00; Tuesday to Friday, 9:00–16:30
