This is a permanent position, with an indefinite-term contract and prospects for continued employment in other operational roles within the company. We value committed, responsible individuals who are eager to join a growing team. **Main Responsibilities:** · Operate the tower crane in accordance with regulations and site planning. · Collaborate with the construction team to optimize material loading and unloading. · Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any technical issues. · Assist with other site tasks when the crane is not required (e.g., material handling, operating a winch, etc.). · Comply with all safety and occupational risk prevention protocols. **Candidate Requirements:** · Prior experience on building construction projects within Spanish territory is preferred. · Mandatory certified crane operator training (tower crane). · Ability to work at various locations across Barcelona and its surroundings. · Proactive attitude, strong commitment, and willingness to work collaboratively. **What Do We Offer?** · Indefinite-term contract from day one. · Job stability with opportunities for continued employment within the company. · Integration into a professional team with a positive work environment. · Salary according to the official crane operator collective agreement, overtime pay starting at 6:00 PM and on Saturdays.
