To achieve this, we are looking for **a CRM Specialist Junior** for our Barcelona offices (Paseo de la Zona Franca). **What will be your responsibilities?** Support for CRM system-related tasks, including: * Data extraction, analysis, and segmentation using SQL. * Automation of digital marketing campaigns (email newsletters, journeys/workflows). * Technical support to the marketing team in implementing improvements to the CRM tool. * Database integration and maintenance of data quality. * Collaboration on data-driven digital marketing projects. REQUIREMENTS **Hard Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Higher Technician in Web Application Development (DAW) / Higher Technician in Multiplatform Application Development (DAM) / Higher Technician in Network Information Systems Administration (ASIR) / Higher Technician in Big Data and Data Analytics. * English proficiency at First Certificate level is desirable. * Prior experience using SQL programming tools, as well as email marketing automation and/or CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, or similar. * Proficiency in SQL (technical test required) * Basic knowledge of a programming language (Python, Java, etc.) * + Interest and motivation for digital marketing and CRM tools * 1\-3 years of experience performing similar functions in CRM \- Email marketing **Soft Skills:** * Organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating across departments. * Analytical ability. * Capacity for self-learning and autonomy. * Proactivity
