Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive plastic injection mold operator with the ability to work in a team and ensure product quality, participating in mold preparation and changeovers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate molds and handle finished products in plastic injection. 2. Proactivity and willingness to adapt to production requirements. 3. Control injection machines and participate in mold changes. We are looking for a person to operate molds in the plastic injection sector in Ripollet. Responsibilities include handling finished products and assisting in mold changes. It is essential that the candidate be proactive, willing, and adaptable to production needs. Main tasks include monitoring injection machines to ensure product quality and participating in mold preparation and changeovers—critical activities for production. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is valued, promoting a positive working environment. Primary education and basic knowledge of plastic injection are required. A temporary contract is offered until the end of April, depending on production needs. Working hours will initially rotate between one or two weeks on a split shift (08:00–17:30\), then transition to an afternoon shift (14:00–22:00\). Pay is €15.87 gross per hour. A personal vehicle is required, and immediate availability is necessary. At least 2 years of relevant experience is required. Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in plastic injection and mold handling. Minimum education level: Primary education. Knowledge of plastic injection assistance. Immediate availability. Personal vehicle for commuting. Positive attitude and willingness to work.
