Project Manager - Modular Construction

At Okatent, we design, manufacture, and install high-performance modular solutions for hangars, industrial infrastructure, and sports facilities, delivering turnkey projects worldwide. With over 20 years of experience, we integrate engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and installation for technically demanding projects anywhere in the world. We are seeking to hire a **Project Manager**, starting in **September**. We are looking for a candidate with experience managing complex projects, drafting technical reports, strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities** * Lead full project planning and execution. * Coordinate internal teams: engineering, production, and assembly. * Manage documentation and prepare technical documentation. * Monitor budget, schedule, and achievement of objectives. * Communicate with clients, suppliers, and project teams. * Visit construction sites and conduct on-site technical follow-up. **Requirements** * Residence in the province of Barcelona. * Availability to work on-site in Olesa de Montserrat. * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is **mandatory**. Experience with other technical management tools is an advantage. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in industrial, construction, or structural projects. * English (minimum C1 level; used in professional context). * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with the industrial sector or modular building solutions for industrial facilities. * Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology. **We Offer** * Involvement in significant technical projects with interesting challenges. * Employment contract with an established company possessing its own technical team. * A positive working environment and cross-departmental collaboration. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and professional profile.
