We are a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of machinery for the glass industry, with presence in domestic and international markets. We are seeking a **Technical Service Technician (SAT)** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Providing technical assistance to domestic and international customers. * Remote and on-site diagnosis and resolution of technical issues. * Commissioning, installation, and maintenance of machinery. * Delivering technical training to customers on equipment operation. * Preparing service reports and tracking incidents. * Coordinating with Engineering, Production, and Sales departments to ensure high-quality service. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electromechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Technical Assistance Service (SAT) technician, industrial maintenance technician, or machinery commissioning technician. * **Advanced level of English** (mandatory) for communication with international customers. * Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally. * Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics... * Problem-solving, organized, and customer-oriented individual. **We offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join an established company with international prospects. * Professional development and opportunities for domestic and international travel. * **Per diems and travel allowances**, in addition to travel expenses covered by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience. * Start date to be agreed upon.
