We are seeking personnel to work as a production operator in a metal sector company located in Alfamén. Main responsibilities include daily collection and handling of trays. The job also involves hanging and unhooking parts during the production process, replenishment, assembly of sets, and mounting using hardware supplies, as well as performing other duties inherent to the position. This is a full-time position requiring 40 working hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday under a rotating shift system (morning, afternoon, and night shifts), with rest periods established by law; the weekly schedule alternates according to the production team's needs. This position requires flexibility to adapt to frequent schedule changes and commitment to quality across all assigned tasks.
