





We are looking for an administrative assistant with experience to join a law firm. Main responsibilities will include file management and archiving, document registration, and handling basic accounting tasks. At least two years of previous experience in similar roles is required. A minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or intermediate vocational training in Administrative Management is necessary. Computer skills are essential, particularly proficiency in Excel, Office, and Word. The position offers an indefinite part-time contract of 31.5 hours per week. Working hours will be from Monday to Thursday, 10:00 to 13:30 and 17:00 to 20:30, and on Fridays from 10:00 to 13:30. The job location is in Zaragoza.
