Occasional travel to the Balearic Islands is required. **Requirements** * 3 years of experience in a similar role * Experience with BPM tools (e.g., Camunda, Bonita, Bizagi, Appian, Pega, IBM BPM, or others). Ideally, Camunda. * Ability to design, model, and optimize processes using BPMN 2\.0\. * Knowledge of process automation (RPA, API integration, rules engines). * Databases and SQL for process\-related data analysis. * Basic knowledge of SOA/Microservices architecture and integration with external systems. **Valuable skills** * Knowledge of the healthcare sector. * Experience in identifying bottlenecks and continuous process improvement * Knowledge of process KPIs (cycle times, SLAs, cost per process, etc.). * Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements * Ability to map current processes (AS\-IS) and define future processes (TO\-BE) **Work schedule** * Two to three days split shift, the remaining days are intensive shifts, including Friday. * Summer also has intensive hours. * 100% remote work, but occasional trips to the Balearic Islands. **Compensation** * SBA: €38,000\-€39,000
