#### **Salary:** **To be determined**#### **Contract type:** Indefinite #### **Working hours:** Full-time #### **Experience:** 1 year of experience Purchasing and Logistics Administrator Location: Calatayud At TEMPS we are looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Administrator to join a company in the chemical sector. Mission Our Purchasing and Logistics Assistant will support purchasing and sales operations for materials and product shipments, coordinating with the company's responsible manager. Functions and responsibilities Will assist the administration manager and general manager by reviewing all operations carried out, and will manage the logistics department. Experience is required in reviewing transport budgets, delivery notes, purchase and sale invoices, purchase and sale contracts, as well as being accustomed to handling customs procedures and preparing corresponding customs documents. These procedures include payment of taxes and tariffs, and submission of documents such as the DUA, CMR, commercial invoice, or packing list. Experience is required in: • Ship and container logistics, imports, exports, execution of goods entry and/or import operations. • Multinational procurement of raw materials, cereals, fertilizers, oil, etc. • Customs agencies, shipping, transshipment freight, shipping companies, port operation companies (stevedoring, shipping agency, port warehousing, etc.). More operationally: • Plan ship unloading and warehouse and transportation needs. • Analyze transportation and storage issues. • Position ships in SAP/ERP according to plan and indicate costs per position. • Arrange transportation (ship movements or depot transfers and DAP sales). • Transfer quotas to freight forwarders. • Close ships upon completion of operations. • Deduct license plates. • Provide information to customers and sales representatives. • Manage manufacturing processes. • Monitor quantities loaded and delivered to customers. • Review invoices related to ships and transportation. • Review stock for accounting closures. • Propose improvements to the IT system. • Propose improvements within their area of responsibility. Minimum requirements Preferably higher vocational training degree in Administration and Logistics. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within the fertilizer sector. Good command of Excel, pivot tables, and IF functions. Programming macros is not required. SAP software knowledge is a plus. Proactive individual, capable of working efficiently in a team and eager to grow within an established business group. Residence in Madrid city or surrounding areas. Languages: High level of English (C1) spoken and written. French or other languages are a plus.
