As a consultant, you will work project-based either with your team or on-site at one of our customers. The duration, scope, and complexity of assignments vary. **Examples of tasks you may be involved in:** * Act as a technical advisor and sounding board for our customers in AI\-development. * Build and develop AI\-models for text analysis and data masking. * Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific domain requirements. * Work with integration and operations in containerized environments, primarily Red Hat OpenShift. * Develop and maintain software solutions using modern frameworks and programming languages. * Contribute to establishing best practices in AI\-development, DevOps, and container management. * Build long-term customer relationships and deliver solutions that meet business needs. **Who you are** -------------- To succeed in the role of a consultant, we believe you have your foundation in software development and/or operations related to modern technologies and agile methodologies. To adapt solutions to different customer needs, you are creative, come up with new ideas \& solutions, and also try to show the way forward when needed. **Since we are looking for several different types of roles, we believe you master/have one or more of the following areas:** * Master's/Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field * Deep understanding of large language models and their practical use. * Solid experience in programming, preferably in Python and Rust. * Knowledge in prompt engineering and IBM Watson X. * Strong skills in containerization and platform operations, preferably with Red Hat OpenShift. * Interest in data security, regulations (GDPR, AI Act, etc.) and privacy protection. * Ability to combine strategy with practical implementation in an agile team. * Programming skills in one or more of the following frameworks/platforms: C, C\+\+, C\#, Java, JavaScript, .NET, Kotlin, Swift/Objective C, Flutter, React/React native, Golang or PowerShell * Strong ability to communicate professionally in Swedish and English, both written and verbally **Meritorious skills include** * Certifications in any AI\-framework, or Red Hat OpenShift * Documented knowledge of IBM Watson X * Experience working as a consultant **About Atea** ----------- Did you know that Atea is the leading provider of IT infrastructure in the Nordic and Baltic regions?
