Technical Architect

Description

In Torres de Cotillas (Murcia), a technical architect or building engineer is sought to join an architectural studio. The position is full-time, with an indefinite-term employment contract and immediate start. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., with remuneration according to the applicable collective agreement. Main responsibilities include developing construction projects, drafting plans, preparing technical reports, and writing documentation related to construction. Software tools used will include AutoCAD and the Office suite. Requirements include holding a degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, Arquímedes, and Office. A valid type B driving license is also considered a plus.
