




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook to prepare, garnish and present dishes, manage raw materials and participate in menu planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for preparing and presenting dishes skillfully. 2. Management of raw materials and order preservation. 3. Active collaboration in menu planning and cost control. We are looking for an experienced cook to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, garnishing and presenting dishes skillfully, applying the most appropriate culinary techniques. They will also be responsible for managing raw materials, including ordering and proper storage. They will participate in buffet setup and service, and ensure kitchen equipment is in good condition, reporting any issues. They will actively collaborate in menu and menu card planning, as well as in cost control, inventory management and purchasing processes. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with salary in accordance with the Teruel Hospitality Collective Agreement. A minimum of twelve months’ prior experience in a similar position is desirable.
