




Job Summary: We are seeking receptionists with experience in customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and handling reservations for a spa hotel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and client management 2. Reservation management and service organization 3. Medical appointment coordination and activity control Receptionists are needed for the Ariño Spa Hotel. A minimum of 24 months of experience in similar positions is required. Required academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, a Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Tourist Accommodation Management, or in Administration. A valid Class B driving license is mandatory. Proficiency at intermediate or advanced level in English, French, or Italian will be valued. Main duties include customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and preparing occupancy reports for the hotel. The role also involves reservation management, organizing guest transfers, monitoring schedules for activities and excursions, and coordinating medical appointments for IMSERSO clients. Additional tasks include cash reconciliation, issuing revenue reports, and preparing reports for the housekeeping and restaurant departments. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with 40 working hours per week. The gross monthly salary will be €1.501,70.
