The goal is to ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and schedule standards, while optimizing allocated resources. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end execution of substation projects, including civil works and electrical installation. * Coordinate and supervise on-site subcontractors, ensuring proper execution of works. * Negotiate and support contract closure with subcontractors, in collaboration with the project team. * Monitor and validate monthly certifications, delivery notes, and site documentation. * Supervise on-site compliance with Health and Safety policies. * Prepare periodic production progress and project tracking reports. * Plan construction phases, ensuring availability of internal and external resources. * Track the project schedule, identify deviations, and propose corrective action plans. * Control costs and performance across various project activities. * Collaborate with the Engineering Department to resolve technical issues. * Ensure subcontractors have the necessary materials, equipment, and resources. * Implement acceleration plans to guarantee adherence to committed deadlines. **Requirements** * University degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mining Engineering; Highway Engineering; or Building Technician. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within electrical infrastructure or substation projects. * Knowledge of civil works and electrical systems. * Proficiency in Office tools and AutoCAD. * Familiarity with MS Project and Procore is desirable. * Occupational Health and Safety training (Master’s or 60-hour course) is desirable. * Awareness of Artificial Intelligence tools and sensitivity to their application in business environments—particularly for process optimization and decision-making. * English proficiency is desirable. * Willingness to travel nationally. **Seize the challenge.
