Requirements - University degree in social sciences (Psychology, Social Work, Labor Relations, Social Education, etc.). * Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), Internet, and social media. * Additional training in counseling and labor market insertion for at-risk groups is desirable. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in managing employment insertion and vocational guidance programs, occupation-oriented programs, training programs, and labor market intermediation programs. * Training and experience working with people with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and those at risk of social exclusion will be valued, as well as knowledge of INAEM programs (vocational guidance, job offer management, and employment training). * Knowledge of the business sector in Teruel will be valued.
