Position Summary: Prosegur is seeking a Night Shift IT Systems Operator to ensure operational continuity and supervise technological infrastructure, resolving incidents and performing maintenance. Participation in Strategic and Disruptive Projects DESCRIPTION Prosegur is looking for a Night Shift IT Systems Operator (23:00–11:00). The position is based in Madrid, though it offers 100% remote work, requiring office attendance only for occasional training sessions. **What will be your mission?** Your primary mission will be to guarantee the delivery of technological services through monitoring and supervision of the IT infrastructure, resolving incidents, performing maintenance, and ensuring operational continuity of the platform in accordance with established procedures. **What responsibilities will you have?** * Monitor the status of infrastructure according to defined procedures and tools. * Apply action procedures developed by higher-level teams. * Resolve infrastructure incidents within your assigned scope. * Keep operational documentation and platform inventory up to date. * Review monitoring alerts daily to proactively address potential issues. * Escalate critical incidents following established procedures. * Perform scheduled maintenance on infrastructure. * Record all information in the corresponding ticketing and project management tools. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** We seek a committed, proactive, and solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork, organizational, and documentation skills.
