To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **A permanent Quality Technician for our Teruel site** The Quality Technician, reporting to the Teruel Quality Manager, collaborates in implementing the Quality Policy and monitoring its compliance at the Teruel site. Additionally, they actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality-oriented project development. **Future responsibilities upon joining our company include:** * **Implementation of the quality policy and regulatory compliance**: Ensure deployment of the quality policy and compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements. * **Approvals, certifications, and aerospace authorizations**: Participate in projects related to obtaining, maintaining, and monitoring aerospace certifications, as well as managing, issuing, and controlling operational authorizations. * **Continuous improvement and quality management**: Drive continuous improvement by participating in quality projects, documentation development, management of corrective, preventive, and containment actions, resolution of non-conformities, and root cause analysis. * **Audits, system control, and operational safety**: Conduct internal audits and inspections, ensure investigation of quality events, issuance of associated reports, and implementation of the SMS (Safety Management System), including risk management and awareness-raising activities. * **Coordination and interface with stakeholders**: Ensure interface with various internal processes and coordinate with authorities, certification bodies, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement**: Adhere to safety instructions, use personal protective equipment, apply SMS (Safety Management System) standards, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process. **Job Requirements:** We seek professionals holding a **University Degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification** in a technical or related field, with **at least two years of experience in Quality departments**, performing duties similar to those described. **Proficiency in English at intermediate-to-advanced level is mandatory\-high**. We require a proactive individual capable of teamwork, coordination, and effective communication.
