Optimize the balance between forecast and actual demand to ensure an optimal service level for our customers. **Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities** Analyze and project product demand in the short, medium, and long term, • Conduct statistical and data analysis to develop demand forecasts • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service departments • Adjust and periodically review demand forecasts based on market changes or new data • Facilitate monthly and weekly S&OP meetings • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), including forecast accuracy metrics, inventory levels, and on-time delivery performance • Implement and maintain planning tools and systems to improve demand forecast accuracy and planning efficiency • Conduct detailed demand and production analysis, generating reports and recommendations for process improvement • Analyze root causes of demand and production variances **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
