Position Summary: Supervises milling teams, optimizes machining processes, and ensures product quality in a collaborative environment. Key Highlights: 1. Interdepartmental collaboration for product quality **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management and supervision of the milling team * Handling potential malfunctions (SAT for various machines) * Development and optimization of machining and manufacturing processes. * Collaboration with other departments to ensure product quality and precision * Supervision of projects from initiation to final delivery, including raw material management and preparation. * Responsible for the tool storage room * Maintenance to ensure proper machine operation. * Training of apprentices * Ensuring quality and quantity of finished products * Monitoring timelines and processes. * Workshop opening and closing. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher Technical Degree in Machining or a Mechanical Engineering degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the machining sector. * Knowledge of OKUMA milling machines. * Extensive knowledge of cutting tools, cutting conditions, and machining strategies. Comprehensive understanding of the entire machining process and the relationship between technical office and production. * High-level ability to interpret technical drawings, solid models, and 3D representations * Experience in the automotive, railway, electromedical, etc. sectors.
