To perform these duties, a minimum of five years’ professional experience in the construction sector is required. Technical education in Building Construction, Technical Architecture, or Civil Engineering is mandatory, along with English proficiency at B1 level\. A valid driver’s license is essential to facilitate necessary travel during working hours.
