We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team in Teruel. Requirements include holding a university degree in Industrial Technical Engineering, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent qualifications. A valid type B driving license is mandatory, as is at least 12 months of prior experience performing Construction Site Manager duties. Main responsibilities include direct supervision of on-site personnel, detailed budget preparation, efficient management and thorough tracking of all orders, as well as strategic planning and strict control of project execution deadlines. A permanent full-time contract is offered.
