We are seeking a person to join as a kitchen assistant in a hotel in Santiago de Compostela. Main responsibilities will include preparing various cafeteria dishes, such as hamburgers, salads, sandwiches, and assorted portions. Operating the deep fryer and griddle will also be required, along with handling the dishwashing area. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours. The schedule will be split-shift, with possible work from Monday to Sunday, including two rotating days off per week, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace and personal vehicle for commuting are desirable. * Hospitality-related training is an advantage.
