At **SiLosTienes**, we are looking for a person to join our team as a **Cafeteria Waiter/Waitress** at a venue located in **Mérida (New City Zone)**. Specializing in breakfasts and afternoon snacks, with an extensive menu and a busy morning service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, moves efficiently between tables, trays, espresso machines, and cash registers, and maintains courteous service even during peak order volumes. Because there are coffees served in glasses and in mugs; with cold, lukewarm, hot, or very hot milk; short, long, double, with cream, without cream—and behind every order stands a person waiting to receive it correctly and on time. You will work within a small, well-coordinated team where each person has defined responsibilities but also understands when to step in and support others to keep service running smoothly. **What will you do as a Cafeteria Waiter/Waitress?** Your mission will be to deliver **breakfast service** efficiently, courteously, and with attention to detail—ensuring every morning runs smoothly, even during the busiest moments. To succeed, you should bring the following in your toolkit: * **Previous experience in hospitality**, especially in cafeterias, bars, restaurants, or dining room service. * Safe tray handling skills. * Experience preparing coffee using a **professional espresso machine**. * Confidence operating cash registers and processing payments. * Ability to work efficiently during peak demand periods. * Availability to work **24 hours per week, from 9:00 to 13:00**, including weekends and public holidays. * Realistic ability to commute daily to the workplace in **Mérida (New City Zone)**.
