A young project eager to learn We need an operator for an olive mill and table olive processing facility in Villafranca de los Barros (Badajoz). Main responsibilities include working during the table olive season (brining, fermentation, and processing), the olive oil season (receiving olives, grinding, and extraction), packaging of olive oil and table olives, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance, repair of pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment, and basic industrial electrical tasks. We seek a candidate with knowledge of basic mechanics and electricity, possessing a positive attitude, commitment, and eagerness to learn. Prior experience in olive mills or table olive processing facilities, as well as training in the agri-food industry, will be valued. Working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, throughout the year—except during peak seasons when shift work and Saturday shifts apply.
