Main Responsibilities * Daily supervision of room and common area conditions. * Organization and coordination of the floor attendant team. * Monitoring of cleaning, order, and service quality standards. * Incident management and VIP room follow-up. * Support to the Housekeeping Manager in shift planning and task allocation. * Inventory, amenity, and linen control. * Coordination with reception and maintenance departments. Requirements * Minimum of **2 years** experience as Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Floor Supervisor. * Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards. * Leadership and team organization skills. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Communication and incident resolution skills. * Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
