Torre de Miguel Sesmero #### **Your Profile** We are seeking a candidate interested in renewable energy for the position of Solar Field Operator, working on rotating shifts. #### **Requirements** Mandatory: Vocational training (FP) in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, or a related engineering degree. #### **Competencies** * Conflict management, stress tolerance, teamwork, organization and planning, decision-making, goal orientation, commitment to excellence, continuous improvement orientation, and analytical problem-solving. * Experience implementing, continuously improving, and regularly applying standardized O&M procedures. Focus on ensuring personnel safety, environmental protection, and guaranteeing plant and equipment reliability and performance. * Flexibility and ability to learn and handle technical documentation. #### **Responsibilities** Reporting to the panel operator and shift supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties: * Safely supervise and operate equipment at the concentrated solar power plant and PPTA, in accordance with established procedures. * Conduct inspections and supervision of the solar field. * Operate field equipment, performing required local maneuvers on equipment and systems—either manually or remotely—and execute unloading procedures as required, followed by their reinstatement. * Carry out routine rounds, monitor and report operational conditions of equipment, reporting any operational deviations, anomalies, or failures. * Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks and support maintenance personnel in more complex activities. * Participate in the emergency response team and conduct scheduled drills and exercises. * Drive and operate vehicles and machinery provided by the company. #### **Who We Are?** Solclef is an energy asset operator, currently managing exclusively renewable generation assets.
