Job Summary: We are seeking a pepper harvester operator to operate, maintain, and repair heavy machinery, including adjustment of mechanisms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Adjustment and calibration of cutting, threshing, and cleaning mechanisms We are looking for pepper harvester operators to work in Don Benito (Badajoz). Duties include operating and driving the machine, as well as commissioning, cleaning, lubricating, and performing preventive maintenance. It is also necessary to adjust and calibrate cutting, threshing, and cleaning mechanisms; carry out minor repairs during shifts; and comply with occupational health and safety regulations specific to operating heavy machinery. At least two years of verifiable experience operating Guaresi or similar pepper harvesting machinery is required, along with a valid Class B driver's license. Having a personal vehicle, willingness to travel, and knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair are considered advantageous. The contract is seasonal, covering the harvest period, and may be extended. The standard working hours are from 07:00 to 15:00, and salary is determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
