Coordination of assembly teams and subcontractors. Control of execution of steel structures, roofing, and enclosures. Monitoring of scheduling, production, and deadline compliance. Interpretation of drawings and technical coordination with the engineering office and site management. Management of materials, machinery, and daily site requirements. Supervision of compliance with safety and quality measures. Ongoing reporting of work progress. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as a Site Manager in industrial construction or steel structures. Leadership and team organization capabilities. Technical knowledge of assembly of structures, roofing, and enclosures. Ability to handle and interpret drawings. Sector-specific PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks) training. Valid driver’s license. Willingness and ability to travel and work in Palma de Mallorca, although headquarters are located in Extremadura.
