Knowledge of the thermoelectric power plant cycle, identifying optimal operating parameters of the equipment involved. Industrial maintenance knowledge for fault identification. Experience working with work permits and using Gmao / Maximo. More than three years of experience as Shift Manager. **Other requirements:** Availability to work shifts. Accustomed to teamwork, methodical and disciplined, in a safety-oriented environment, respecting the environment and committed to continuous improvement of production processes. **Desirable:** Residence near the facilities. #### **Competencies** Communication; Teamwork; Problem Solving and Decision Making; Results Orientation and Planning, Organization and Continuous Improvement. #### **Responsibilities** Operation of the thermosolar plant from the control room, ensuring efficient and safe operation in accordance with instructions from the management chain. Duties include: * Coordination and planning of work permits and lockouts. * Planning of energy production (weather conditions, block, etc.). * Preparation of an operations report including various work permits, lockouts, incidents, and completed tasks. * Coordination with PRL teams to ensure work is carried out under optimal safety conditions. * Meetings with other Shift Managers (incidents, block, etc.). * Meetings with own shift team (work planning). Occasional support to panel operator. * Coordination with Planning to authorize scheduled maintenance tasks.
