The selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensive labor management of companies, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing professional, high-quality advice to our clients. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation and management of payrolls, social security (Sistema RED), and labor contracts. * Registrations, cancellations, and modifications in Social Security. * Processing of disabilities, ERTEs, settlements, and dismissals. * Preparation and submission of labor-related tax forms (111, 190, etc.). * Direct labor advisory to clients. * Coordination with other departments (tax, accounting, and legal). **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or professional office. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and Social Security. * Proficiency in labor management software (e.g., Sage, A3Nom, NominaPlus, etc.). * Organizational skills, autonomy, and client orientation. **WE OFFER** * Permanent contract after an adaptation period. * Stable integration within an established consultancy firm. * Full-time working hours during standard office hours. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and professional value. * Professional, collaborative work environment with opportunities for development.
