Badajoz\-Huelva, km. 32,800 #### **Your Profile** We seek a professional interested in thermosolar energy who wishes to begin panel operations at one of our plants and grow within the sector. #### **Requirements** Required Education: Higher vocational training or technical engineering degree in electricity, electronics, energy, or automation. Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a plant or control operator in industrial facilities, preferably in the energy sector. Skills: * Knowledge of industrial processes and thermosolar power generation. * Proficiency in SCADA/DCS systems. * Ability to analyze and interpret alarms and data. * Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation principles. * Capacity to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies. * Strict adherence to operational and safety procedures. #### **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Attention to detail and operational discipline. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity in detecting anomalies. * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Concentration and calm decision-making. * Attitude of continuous learning and constant improvement. #### **Responsibilities** Main Functions: * Monitor real-time plant performance using distributed control systems. * Detect parameter deviations and implement immediate corrective actions. * Execute control maneuvers in accordance with standardized operating procedures (SOPs). * Coordinate field personnel to carry out combined tasks or resolve incidents. * Record all operational events, alarms, and maneuvers in shift logs. * Actively participate in start-ups, shutdowns, and state transitions. * Implement and enforce safety, environmental, and energy efficiency policies from the control room. #### **Who Are We?** Solclef is an energy asset operator, currently managing exclusively renewable generation assets.
