**Avannza**, in collaboration with a leading company in civil and hydraulic works, is seeking a **Site Manager** to lead the construction of a new **Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)** in **Argamasilla de Alba (Ciudad Real)**. Stable project within a national company with nationwide presence. #### **Responsibilities** * Planning and coordination of construction activities. * Management and supervision of on-site operations. * Requesting quotations and performing comparisons. * Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. * Monthly production control and project closure. * Client communication and management. * Preparation of certifications. * Overall and master planning of the project. #### **Minimum Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or equivalent qualifying degree. * Previous experience in hydraulic works and wastewater treatment projects (WWTP or similar). * Availability for immediate incorporation. #### **Desirable Requirements** * Additional technical qualifications. * Experience in national civil engineering companies. * Advanced skills in planning tools. #### **What We Offer** * Permanent contract with a leading company. * Competitive salary: **45,000 – 60,000 €** depending on experience. * Company vehicle. * Solred card. * **800 € relocation allowance** for candidates from outside the area. * High-impact project in the hydraulic sector.
