




A company in the commerce sector is looking for a sales representative to work in Almendralejo, Badajoz, and carry out the following tasks: * Manage the sale of new and used vehicles from a well-known car brand, advising customers throughout the entire sales process. * Attend to and accompany interested individuals from the first contact, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and providing clear technical and financial information. * Prepare offers, negotiate commercial terms, and close transactions, ensuring a satisfactory and personalized purchasing experience. * Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting, follow-up on leads generated via digital channels, events, trade fairs, and collaborations. * Keep the commercial database up to date and perform post-sale follow-up to encourage customer loyalty. * Work closely with marketing, administration, workshop, and spare parts departments to ensure comprehensive service. * Ensure the dealership's image by adhering to the quality and presentation standards set by the brand. * Participate in internal and external training sessions on product updates, sales techniques, and group digital tools. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with breaks established by law. * Previous sales experience of at least 2 years, preferably in automotive dealerships or related sectors. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools and customer management systems (CRM). * We are seeking a results-driven individual with strong negotiation and sales closing skills, excellent communication abilities, empathy, and a focus on customer satisfaction. * Valid class B driver's license. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. * Minimum education level of intermediate or higher vocational training in Commerce, Marketing, or similar fields; university education is a plus.\- Knowledge of vehicles, products, and financial services related to the automotive sector is desirable.
