




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for a vehicle workshop, responsible for customer service, scheduling management, documentation handling, invoicing, and receivables/payments control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages customer service and the workshop schedule. 2. Handles documentation, invoicing, and budgeting. 3. Controls receivables and payments, recording information in systems. We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks in a vehicle workshop. Main responsibilities include serving customers, managing appointments and the workshop schedule. The role also involves archiving and organizing all documentation, as well as preparing invoices and budgets. The candidate will oversee receivables and payments and record relevant information in computerized systems. Required education is in Administration and Management, such as a Basic Vocational Training Cycle, Intermediate or Advanced Level Vocational Training. Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics, a customer service course, or an invoicing course will be considered favorably. Proficiency with Microsoft Office—especially Excel and Word—is essential, as is familiarity with management software, invoicing systems, budget preparation tools, and delivery note applications. Knowledge of document archiving and management, as well as understanding of spare parts and repair processes, is also appreciated. A permanent part-time contract is offered, with working hours from 09:30 to 13:30.
