




We are currently looking to hire Administrative Assistants with a focus on billing and support for the accounting department, who wish to become part of a dynamic and committed team. Job Responsibilities: * Issuance, recording, and follow-up of customer invoices. * Monitoring payments and collections, as well as bank reconciliations. * Management and updating of administrative and accounting databases. * Assistance in the preparation of financial reports and monthly reports. * Handling and resolution of billing-related inquiries. * Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations. * Support in achieving company objectives. Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Sage 50 software. * Good command of Microsoft Excel and Office suite. * Organized and methodical profile. * Ability to work collaboratively and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Prior experience in the hydrocarbons sector is desirable.
