Currently, we are looking for a **Tender and Proposal Manager** to join our team based in our **Barcelona** office. ##### **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will be part of the team responsible for the **end-to-end management of tenders and proposals**. * You will **identify opportunities** across different public procurement platforms (national and community-level). * You will **coordinate task distribution** within the team and collaborate in preparing technical and administrative documentation. * You will **attend tender openings**, collecting and organizing information into reports and spreadsheets. * You will perform **follow-up and control** of submitted tenders, ensuring their proper processing. * You will maintain **smooth communication with all involved departments** to guarantee quality and compliance with requirements for each proposal. **What are we looking for?** * Knowledge of **ERP software or similar tools**, as well as **communication platforms** (Teams, among others). * **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office**, especially Excel. * We are seeking a **proactive, organized individual with leadership skills**, motivated to **lead an established team** and contribute to its continuous improvement. ##### **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and career path planning. * Flexible working hours and hybrid work according to company policy. * Shortened working days every Friday of the year and 3 shortened days during July and August. **We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to this great team!**
