Nauterra España is seeking to hire **an Adjuster** at **our Carballo plant.** **Job Objectives:** * Ensure proper maintenance of installations * Guarantee optimal line adjustments * Comply with established departmental standards (safety, quality, 5S, production) * Complete work reports and production records * Ensure compliance with requirements specified in the Critical Control Points Management Chart (HACCP) * Exhibit appropriate environmental behavior during task execution (waste segregation, good environmental practices, reporting incidents and improvement opportunities, etc.) * Act according to instructions received in case of emergency **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate packaging format changes on production lines. * Perform format changes on lines and complete corresponding records. * Carry out post-format-change adjustments until the line operates at nominal capacity. * Maintain tools and equipment used for format changes—identified, visible, and properly stored. * Prepare manuals (line format changes, line operations, line TPM). * Train production operators on format changes and line adjustments. * Actively collaborate in cartoning line startups and packaging format changes. * Resolve possible robot-related incidents. * Clear conveyor blockages. * Collaborate in developing the production operators’ line cleaning and inspection schedule. * Report line incidents to the department supervisor. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** * **Experience**: minimum of 6 months in a similar position. * Knowledge of BRC/IFS and all matters related to food safety. **What We Offer:** * Employment with an established group. * Job stability * Social benefits * Opportunities for professional development and career growth
