




Job Summary: We are seeking receptionists for customer service, reservation management, check-in/check-out procedures, occupancy reporting, and preparation of pre-orders for the hotel restaurant. Proficiency in foreign languages (English, French, Italian) and driving license category B Three receptionists are required for positions at the Balneario Hotel in Segura de Baños. A permanent, full-time employment contract is offered. Salary will be determined according to the collective agreement and may be increased based on the candidate’s qualifications. A minimum of two years’ prior experience in similar positions is required. Candidates must hold a medium- or higher-level qualification in Tourism, Accommodation Management, or Administration. Knowledge of English, French, or Italian, as well as a category B driving license, will be considered advantageous. Responsibilities include customer service, reservation management, check-in and check-out procedures, preparation of occupancy reports, organization of transportation and medical appointments, scheduling of activities, cash register reconciliation, and preparation of pre-orders for the restaurant.
