The Labeling Section Supervisor position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and quality within the food production environment. This role involves direct supervision of the labeling process, ensuring that all activities comply with the industry's strict safety, quality, and hygiene standards. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating work orders, managing both weekly planning and daily adjustments that may arise, and effectively communicating the operational plan to the team each working day. A core part of the job includes monitoring the production process flow and supervising personnel assigned to the section, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met. Additionally, the supervisor must handle and implement changes to labeling formats and carry out necessary adjustments on production lines to accommodate different product references. Continuous training of the team under their supervision is a priority, aiming to maintain a high level of operational competence and knowledge. Ensuring full product traceability throughout the labeling process is a critical requirement, directly linked to quality control and food safety systems. Controlling operational costs and proposing improvements to optimize the process are also key responsibilities, aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing losses. Finally, the supervisor must manage and communicate any incidents related to product quality, safety, or equipment maintenance failures, acting as the primary liaison for rapid problem resolution.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts covering morning and afternoon schedules. The contract offered is permanent.
