Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the preservation and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems, guaranteeing their proper operation and reducing downtime, thereby contributing to the successful completion of the production process. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure compliance with **Preventive Maintenance Plans** by applying established regulations, increasing efficiency and availability of assets (machinery, facilities). * Carry out tasks specified in the Preventive Maintenance Plan. * Identify pending tasks for later execution. * Perform maintenance routes. * Carry out necessary preventive maintenance operations on machinery and facilities. * Monitor material incoming and outgoing control. * Communicate to your supervisor material purchase requests deemed appropriate according to needs, approved in any case by the Maintenance Supervisor. * Ensure **Corrective Maintenance of machinery**, solving breakdowns and incidents quickly and effectively, thereby minimizing downtime. * Receive breakdown notifications through the Shift Supervisor or the CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * Perform maintenance routes. * Conduct an analysis of the incident/breakdown, evaluating its resolution method. * Analyze and read Safety Manuals of machines and equipment. * Inform the Maintenance Supervision if immediate solution to the incident is not possible. * Record the incident: time tracking, operations performed, spare parts used. * Register in the system the resources used (stock). * Ensure **compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene measures**, as well as adherence to **environmental regulations**, in order to prevent accidents, infections, and potential environmental risks. * Follow quality, food safety, environmental, and occupational safety regulations within your area of responsibility. * Ensure compliance with the factory's Food Defense program. * Properly segregate waste generated during work. * Place waste in the chemical products warehouse. * Report and inform Maintenance Supervision of any abnormal situation. * Implement inspection plans within the safety scope. * Optimize the use of resources assigned to your position. * Control processes under your responsibility that may affect quality and food safety, placing special emphasis on processes defined by the APPCC/PCC team. * Be responsible for necessary tooling changes due to potential format changes and lubrication. * Observe compliance with established procedures (size changes). * Perform tests verifying their correct operation. * Provide operators with necessary technical training. * Ensure **order and cleanliness** in your work area. * Promote and participate in the implementation of **improvement projects** developed within your area of responsibility. **JOB PROFILE** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electromechanics. * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the agri-food sector. * English (intermediate written comprehension level).
