We are seeking an accounting administrator to join a company in the audiovisual sector. The main responsibilities include comprehensive management of the company's general accounting, ensuring accurate recording and control of all financial transactions. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing invoices issued to clients as well as those received from suppliers. They will also be responsible for preparing and submitting required periodic tax filings, such as VAT, IRPF, and corresponding withholdings. Additionally, they will participate in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and accounting statements to support management decision-making. The candidate must maintain up-to-date accounting and administrative records, managing documentation, contracts, and expense receipts. They will also provide support in human resources tasks such as payroll and social security, and coordinate subsidy justifications with the production team. Candidates residing in Tudela will be preferred.
