We distribute white Portland cement produced at our plant in Tunisia and contribute to the production of calcium aluminate cement under the Electroland and Aluminite brands. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, the following are highlighted: * Reviewing and improving analytical methods. * Validating and transferring new analytical methods. * Drafting test procedures. * Training analysts and operators. * Managing laboratory-related projects. * Participating in product development and manufacturing process projects, specifically in the laboratory-related aspects. * Performing physicochemical analyses. * Collaborating with maintenance, engineering, environmental, systems, and other departments. * Conducting physicochemical tests. * Performing non-presential rotating 24-hour and weekend on-call duties. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a benchmark in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive working environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Flexible compensation via Cobee, free telemedicine with Savia, access to Wellhub, subsidized cafeteria, and discounts on products and services. * Pension plan, school assistance, and flexible working arrangements. We are seeking a student meeting the following requirements: * Five years of experience in an industrial setting. * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field; Master’s or PhD in Analytical Chemistry and/or Materials Science. * Experience or specialization in instrumental analytical techniques—X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, laser diffraction, and ICP—is desirable. * Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), data processing software, experimental design, and database management is also desirable. * Experience or specialization in materials science is valuable. * Competencies: efficiency, ability to work in a team, organizational capacity to manage multiple projects, rigor, commitment, and attention to detail. * Fluency in both Spanish and English—spoken and written—is mandatory. \#LI\-OM1
